Forward Scotland has published the evaluation report of its pioneering graduate placement programme (GRADES) following collaborations in Hungary and Malta.
The GRADES programme, which was part funded by the Leonardo da Vinci Mobility Actions programme, provided a valuable career opportunity for graduates keen to adopt sustainable principles within their discipline. The programme saw 11 graduates from various disciplines including;- law, marketing, social science, hospitality; and environmental management; working with companies in Malta and Hungary on projects around resource efficiency, CSR and environmental reporting. The evaluation, which was carried out independantly by IA partnership Ltd, paints a complimentary view of the programme. Forward Scotland's Chief Executive has commented that "the report demonstrates that graduates have much to offer companies in helping them to tackle the big issues of our time such as Climate Change"
