Frazer has over 15 years of experience  working with a range of public, private and community sector partners in the development of activities across a range of themes. Between 1999 and 2002 he developed a network of local sustainability trusts, then led work on employment in a greener economy and successfully developed the first investment programme for social enterprise in waste management.

Iain is responsible for overseeing the operation of all funding programmes managed by Forward Scotland. Iain has eight years experience in investing in communities, delivering four £4.5 million grant programmes on behalf of the Scottish Executive and the Big Lottery Fund as well as our 10 year partnerships with Patersons Quarries and Viridor Waste Management in the Landfill Communities Fund.

Michael is responsible for Forward Scotland's financial administration including the payment of grants and invoices and internal/external audit functions. Michael is a Qualified Accountant with over 20 years experience in public and Third Sector Finance.
