Iain Roxburgh has over 15 years experience in environmental impact assessment and community development. He has worked in consultancy and managed significant programmes of work utilising the skills of specialists. He is the co-ordinator of Sus it Out Plus (TM) funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

Michael is Forward Scotland's Finance Manager. He is an Accountant with over 20 years experience of financial management in Local Government and the Third sector.  He joined Forward Scotland in 2002 and has transformed financial management and systems within the company. Michael has developed systems and procedures specifically for fund management to ensure that all key requirements are met.

Sandra Renicks has over 10 years experience of developing projects and funding mechanisms to advance sustainable development. Sandra has a background in urban regeneration and began her career working with communities in North Lanarkshire to identify and develop initiatives around community safety, financial inclusion and land-use.
