fairtradewinner.jpgA big thank you to all our neighbours for supporting our Fairtrade event. Cash donations amounted to just over £160 during our extended lunch hour on 4 March. Our raffle winner for a hamper of Fairtrade goodies was Kim from our neighbours Environmental Evaluation.

This can only be achieved by integrating economic, environmental and social impacts. In 2008 we conducted a survey of people in Scotland to provide a snap shot of people's view of their well-being.   We are now looking to repeat the survey to discover how people in Scotland feel in these new circumstances. windmills1.jpgWe have high hopes that Copenhagen 15 can gather real momentum and consensus to drive forward global efforts to address climate change. Hopefully this time the USA and China move with the rest of the world in agreeing to work together to make a difference. Kyoto in 1997 suffered from a lack of commitment from many, the targets set were woefully inadequate and despite that we still haven't met them.
