Forward Scotland is currently recruiting graduates to take part in our Graduates Employed for Sustainability (GRADES) programme that first began in January 2008.

Forward Scotland aims to match small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) needing support in researching, developing and implementing corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies with graduates who are interested in working with an employer who is responsible and ethical.

GRADES Europe began in January 2008, offering training placements in Hungary and Malta, and Forward Scotland is currently recruiting graduates to take part in this programme.

Our first three graduates returned at the end of June 08 after highly successful placements. Five more are due to begin at the beginning of July 08.
