In Scotland we have failed historically to construct homes that actually deliver affordable, energy efficient and secure homes.

In 1997 an innovative program was agreed, aimed at achieving a systematic improvement in the physical quality of construction and energy efficiency of housing in Scotland.

As part of this initiative, support was agreed for an urban news build of fifteen house. This report reflects in the findings of this project.
